Cardio & Core
Cardio and core do not have to be intimidating. As one of the higher energy classes, this workout encourages you to challenge yourself. You’ll soon reap the benefits of increased confidence, stamina, balance, and improved body composition.

Tuesdays
Legs & Deadlifts
Workouts focused on your lower body help improve agility and balance as well bone strength. Deadlifts in particular are a great full-body movement that strengthen your legs, back, and core while also improving your posture and grip strength.

Wednesdays
Chest & Triceps
These classes begin with a circuit that includes boxing and finishes with strength exercises that focus on your pectoralis and triceps muscles. Strengthening these muscle groups help improve your posture, range of motion, and upper body strength.

Thursdays
Legs & Mobility
These classes are designed to increase strength and mobility to help improve daily functions such as, walking, sitting and standing. The goal here, is to increase the overall quality of health and activities with family and friends.

Fridays
Back & Biceps
Fridays start with a quick warm up, sometimes in the form of a game. It then transitions into strength movements that concentrate on the lats, traps, rhomboids, and biceps. Enhancing these muscle groups can help protect you from back pain and injury.

Saturdays
Full Body
These workouts include exercises from a number of upper and lower body movements. Saturday workouts are high energy and well known to destress a hectic week and burn some calories. Let’s get this party started!
